The company grew too quickly, forced many changes throughout the org. CEO left, and culture seems to have gone with him. Compensation is well under the median and the company has implemented new rules of engagement that makes it difficult for reps to earn money and do daily functions of the job. Most people are great but there is a lot of inner circle type career advancements.

Very nice culture, but base pay makes it hard to stay if that’s important to you. Leadership is fairly good but can sometimes be confusing on what’s important but ultimately set a lot of meetings and secure oops and your 1:1s are relatively short.
