The Culture and Leadership Score for Jamf is really exceptional - is it really that good? What makes Jamf stand out here?

My impression is, it starts at the top: executives and high ranking sales leaders aren't big on ego and bravado. Jamf prefers a collaborative approach and those who like it, will do fine. Some may call this part of being "Jamfy."  The lone wolf or shark doesn't necessarily get along. Jamf is still a Midwest company at heart and it definitely acts like one. Very little outward aggression, its mostly passive aggressive.

Former AE here. The people at Jamf were some of the best I worked with. Very team-oriented approach and generally optimistic energy amongst peers. For the most part managers are supportive, teammates jump in to help as needed, and the C suite seems to know what they’re doing. Biggest ding on the culture/leadership is that the company is fully remote (personal preference) and I wanted to be around coworkers again. There can be a toxic positivity around Apple and everything they do as well. Be aware they’re an MDM company trying to be a cybersecurity company.

The work life balance is exceptional. A lot of pto given from day 1. Also the metrics are easy to hit compared to most sales orgs. I have also never seen or heard of a PIP over here. As long as your doing your job no one will get on your back or micromanage.
