Territories being shifted between reps that's affecting morale.
Leadership lacks the right start-up experience or leading a global business. They've brought the same toxic culture from their previous employer and see's employees as just a number.
The product is great, and every prospect immediately sees value in the product. Our customers love our product. It's not perfect, but it's extremely close.
Inconsistent benefits to protect employees. Even when raised by HRBP the feedback is why should it be the employer's responsibility.
