My overall experience was not great. My direct manager was amazing but not very qualified for the role. The commission was terrible for both AEs and SDRs. Deals weren't closing and the software wasn't really resonating with prospects.

Complete nightmare, no direction, no sales process, undervalued and underpaid. Laid off with no warning, with a measly weeks severance to survive. Leadership lacks accountability and communication.
