Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Start up culture that is late entry to a super saturated market that sells to nonprofits. The GTM was constantly changing, which is expected and I was able to learn a lot and level up in such a short amount of time. My favorite part was working with hardworking, kind, and smart people. Company culture A+ transparent and super collaborative across departments, operate on trust. But C-suite is out-of-touch with sales processes and did not set realistic expectations; over hired with no PMF, so as a result people were laid off. Lots of oversight from Adam, the CEO, who oversees all departments but holds little accountability and dislikes being challenged by his employees. Front line managers were awesome, however, when I joined. Lots of growing pains and frustration with figuring out messaging, but I don't regret joining. They need to figure out PMF, a unique value prop, and have founder-led sales lead the way before scaling. In this market, your product needs to be a must-have not a nice-to-have, and it was challenging to replace prospects' current vendor when not fully built out. Lots of potential, just not there yet.
