Overall experience was poor, and I would not work here again. Way too much change and lack of process, professionalism, and the right people with actual leadership skills to make a difference. Comp changed all the time, lead flow varied wildly, expectations were not met.

My overall experience at Innovation Refunds was helpful. I felt like my skills for negotiation and sales were pushed to my full potential. I was given trust to work with businesses owners and key decision makers to build rapport in our company’s ability to deliver. Management listened to our feedback and made adjustments to our needs.
