Great experience selling to SMBs. They give you a great opportunity to sell to business owners at a high-ticket price while also allowing you a lot of autonomy. For the past year lead flow is consistently low quality and it has been up to me to generate qualified leads despite a robust marketing team, and SDR team. It doesn't feel great when you start working somewhere only to be working more than you signed up for.... while also not having your compensation scale with it too. I should not be generating my own leads without being fairly compensated for it.

Management is great and things are always moving. The joys of a startup, but not your normal startup. They have plans for the future and are taking the steps to get those future items working.

Great. Nothing to complain about. Managers are good. Company culture is very friendly. Company perks are also really good.
