My overall experience was good. The sales environment was fast paced, high energy start up organized chaos. The comp structure really motivated you to out work those around you. Streamlined sales processes brought the business to over $1B AAR in the first and half. The communication could be better top to bottom and across departments and from the sales side, not a lot of room for growth etc.

My overall experience was pretty good. I would have enjoyed staying at this role for much longer but the leadership did not plan for the future of the company and had to let everyone go.
