Not completely sure, as nothing has particularly changed. Likely due to a lot of realignment amongst the SDR - AE relationships. Training efforts for the SDR have also been a bit slower.

I would advise sales reps against joining. For FY24 they launched a new comp plan with decelerators. Least motivating comp plan I have seen. Quickest way to drive churn in the sales team is to roll out a comp plan like this.
