Pros ICIS offer a comprehensive training scheme once you join and there is plenty of room to move around internally. Management are friendly and you will have plenty of people to speak to in your team. Cons Sales processes are lacking with no clear structure on deal process. Pricing the products is extremely unclear with no guidelines. Strange compensation rules can mean payment is delayed and in my case had to be fought for (unsuccessfully). Overall, I'd only recommend this role to people highly interested in plastic / gas / power industries or who are trying to break into b2b sales.
