Current Employee Good for professional development and training. No room for promotions in my tenure. Upper management looking to shift as much overhead to outsourced employees. Uptight environment, don’t expect any ancillary enjoyment. Full business attire expected. Heavy use of recorded customer interactions and video prospecting. Upper leadership expects marketing activities on LinkedIn. Very limited sales support, expect to do it all. Customer support outsourced so expect to pickup that slack as well. Commissions are limited to monthly payouts based on yearly attainment with sliding scale. No commissions paid out until 92% of yearly quota. No bonuses on overachievement until end of year.
