Since the day I started, on a weekly basis people were fired and our Team Lead , even after loads of promises barely ever showed up. In 2 months I think I had one weekly with him. No training provided at all

Overall worst work experience of my life : no product market fit, every lead has already been worked unsuccessfully, nobody reach their target, people are treated really badly by the company, and the culture is quite toxic

Overall great team but the leadership isn’t that good. There are no notable benefits besides free water and free fruits + 80€ per month food money.
