My overall experience has not been positive. Executive leadership doesn't care about any of the people and is solely focused on numbers and revenue. The base salary is not good, and although commissions are good the quota continues to increase arbitrarily.

Though it's not a massive company, I felt like a cog in the machine or just another number. I really liked my manager, Grant Canas. He is awesome!
