Awesome company with a super high ceiling and a lot of potential. Have had a very hard time with product market fit, but starting to make some headway as of August 2023. Quota attainment is very low in Mid Market and Enterprise, largely due to poor inbound flow and difficulty of outbounding (product market fit). If quota attainment was higher, it'd be 5 stars easily.

Huge market opportunity given horizontal use of product which could also be our biggest challenge in product messaging and fit. Great team culture or people who want to see each other succeed.

Standard comp for SMB AE role. I started right around when the market took a downturn so this was a time of churn, low inbound lead flow, and layoffs soon followed.
