Former Employee If you have experience and are looking to grow your career, this is not the step for you. Many of us were sold a vision that we were all going to get promoted and have the ability to begin a career here from an SDR function, but the entire team realized that was not an option and we were sold on a false hope.
The entire SDR team is leaving or looking for new roles. The team does not feel secure at all, and many don't feel valued in the NY office. It feel like you are being treated like you are on the kids table and it's toxic. Only join if you need experience and $$$, badly.
