I have had an up and down experience in the sales team. I do get paid well but goals have been changing constantly lately, some are attainable, some are not. The culture here is pretty good, less than prior but overall I have no complaints.

Current leadership has gutted the existing culture, which was worth the lower base pay. There are still team members that are incredible human beings, but the org is in total turnover right now.
