Acquired by PE firm so cutting costs is a company priority. This involves paying reps less, expecting more. Leadership is not great- trying to fit square in a round hole by making our structure monthly/quarterly although our cycles are 6+ months for anything strategic. On a positive note, our customers are great and our product is world-class. You can still make good $ although base comp has fallen under market rate.

The management is in a white castle and based life on numbers and salesforce. Very little human interaction and minimin help in prospecting.

Everbridge has its pros and cons as things are changing every 1-2 years (i.e. exec team, product bundles, sales methodology, partner ROEs, etc). It is vital to remain adaptable and to keep your head down to get results.
