Really enjoyable job. 10/10 culture, team, managment etc . However... The pay is craaaap. Terrible base salary. Very difficult to hit consistent decent monthly commissions without giving up all your Saturdays and Sundays plus overtime on weekdays. even then, there commissions can be lackluster.
