Started off well until founders stepped down. MD of EMEA partnered with key competitor and canabalized market and sales growth. Too much politics in leadership and keep taking wrong decisions.

The solution is a great market fit and with a good territory, there is decent earning potential. Sales management in London is clueless and constantly makes bad hiring / territory decisions. There is also a matey culture, so if you are a woman of foreign origins, you are likely to face covert discrimination.
