Since ePlus has grown by acquisition, there is no cohesive culture. Depending on what business unit you're in, the culture could be supportive and empowering, or punitive and demoralizing. Your mileage will vary.
HQ has little clue what actually goes on in the field because business unit "leaders" curate what they hear. Which means that if your business lead is an idiot, HQ will never hear you cries for help.
Like all companies, it has its pros and cons. They're trying too hard to be all things to all companies which has lead to a dilution in messaging.
Don't expect any help with leads.
