Product is really good, market fit isn’t bad and pay isn’t bad. Leadership is another issue. Not very welcoming to women, especially in office in Utah. No structured training. PIPs are given very quickly without structured guidance on how to improve. Lots of turnover.

Great company, but a very harsh and competitive field. Product is excellent, but is neck and neck with the competition. Almost no inbound leads. Training is mid. Great people to work with.
