Completely oversold on this position by Sales Leadership during the interview process. Don't trust a word they tell you regarding team performance, attainment, meetings set, earning potential etc. I've never seen so much turnover on a sales team before and the CRO is the definition of "my way or the highway". Regret ever taking the role.
