Former Employee Product is really good, market fit isn’t bad and pay isn’t bad.
Leadership is another issue. If you ever bring a concern to leadership privately, you get gaslit and guilt-tripped into why your concern is invalid.
Some leaders are really good here; not everyone was terrible.
It feels like only those with close friendships get promoted.
I’ve seen several female employees get let go or quit who had valid concerns about how they were being treated and it didn’t seem like they were even listened to.
