Current Employee Clutch is full cycle sales- from prospecting your own leads to closing your deals and handling upsales within 90 days. Biggest challenges are commitment required upfront and clawbacks. If you don't hit 50% to goal each month, you're not getting paid. Best reps can and have often missed goal because of the fluctuating market with little to no care from upper management.
