The sales team and manager were great, but the executive leadership team was a mess. The company made too many acquisitions and the process of consolidating the businesses was a diaster. It led to unobtainable quotas and high turnover.

The comp plan and team needs a complete overhaul. New business quotas are nearly impossible to hit - you will have 20-25% of reps exceed quota - and the comp plan is incredibly punishing if you don’t hit quota. My overall experience of Clarivate was that there were several successful products and intelligent employees, but that leadership was struggling to put the pieces together for a cohesive company following several acquisitions
