Culture of hiring "top 10% performers" but the pay and benefits are mediocre. Would stick with a typical SaaS company if possible. People who come here from SaaS tend to be dissatisfied w/ pay and benefits.

Highly competitive. Only hires top 10% performers from prior companies. Highly educated and talented coworkers. Clear cut #1 product in the market, amazing product market fit. Growing pains in leadership, salesops, compensation, and quotas/targets. Not for the faint of heart. Extreme year over year revenue growth, one of the fastest growing startups in tech.
