Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I stayed at Check Point for a very long time because I was there very early on. But over the years things got worse and worse until I felt I had no choice but to leave.
The worst elements were poor decisions in product direction over a long time span moved CP from market dominance to market afterthought. And management began creating compensation plans that made it extremely difficult to hit targets. These, along with other issues it made the environment very stressful and the fun that had once been a hallmark of the company all but disappeared.
