Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience was negative. They are working through growing pains as a more tenured start up. They just built out their Enterprise team but did not have a plan of execution and was relying on the talent drought in to deliver on those goals, which I think we can all agree is normal. The problem is that executive leadership had 0 trust within the team, would micromanage to the level of watching a rep type an email to make sure it would fit their style, despite the information being irrelevant/ correct.
ISRs shared fears of saying something wrong on a call that could get them fired (something simple, easy mistakes). Overall the culture is built on fear and micromanagement. Not a good place to work. They also are quick to push out people who do not play into the narrative or who offer opinions. Browse Other Reviews
