Terrible CEO, has absolutely no idea how to run a company. Seems like he just picked his executive team because they were friends. Management isn't any better as they have no idea how to lead a team or sales org. Stay far away!

Decent job with decent pay. Fully remote is always a plus. Like any small company hard word is expected, which is not a problem. My overall experience is that they claim they are a software/tech company, but you're selling buses and transportation for weddings and other personal trips. Any accounts that are deemed valuable are immediately taken away from you and given to ENT reps. Quotas are also extremely unattainable because leadership can't forecast correctly.
