Decent job with decent pay. Fully remote is always a plus. Like any small company hard word is expected, which is not a problem. What is a problem is the constant gaslighting from management and complete lack of training to enhance your skills. Little not no room for progression. The only time you will be promoted is if someone above you leaves. That way you fill the void. I would highly recommend reaching out to people who work here to get a better feel. Speak with an L2 or lower to get the best picture.

This company will lie, cheat, and steal from you. They promise their reps the world, but if you land any large deal, they will not pay you the commission and will put you on a PIP and force you out.

Terrible CEO, has absolutely no idea how to run a company. Seems like he just picked his executive team because they were friends. Management isn't any better as they have no idea how to lead a team or sales org. Stay far away!
