Decent job with decent pay. Fully remote is always a plus. Like any small company hard word is expected, which is not a problem. What is a problem is the constant gaslighting from management and complete lack of training to enhance your skills. Little not no room for progression. Terrible CEO, has absolutely no idea how to run a company. Seems like he just picked his executive team because they were friends. Management isn't any better as they have no idea how to lead a team or sales org. Stay far away!
