There are a lot of proposed changes in the horizon including a clearer career progression, which is good news for entry level people. Compensation is really low, and the culture is generally supportive. The product itself is great, and the ethics of the company far stronger than its competitors.

Sales organization poorly run by biased management who micromanage and lead with fear vs. motivation and competence. Sales cycles incredibly long and the education sector is a really tough sell. Experienced Sales Reps will feel boxed and treated like Jr. Sales Reps.
