Absolutley terrible, its fake it til you make at this AI company, no one is hitting their targets - new CRO (a first timer) is trying to grapple with an understanding of the Product and Market for the first time, and Comp Plans reflect it. Avoid at all costs, read reviews elsewhere and do your research - to validate and make your own decisions. If you dont want to make anymore than base and then have a quick exit, this place is for you.

Good product, great engineering team. Leadership is too cocky and untrustworthy which lead to high turnover on the sales team.
