No one can hold the CEO, Michael Butts, accountable. If you work there, keep every email and notes of conversations. Leadership has falsified employee metrics and reports. The culture outside of his involvement was pretty solid, but many great regional leaders quit solely due to him and the way he acted. He cannot be trusted. The man has a serious lack of empathy and remorse. He will also use manipulation and deceitful tactics.
