Current Employee4.4Aug 7, 2023My overall experience was great. The culture is very solid. Leaders care for you as an individual and are committed to learning and development. However, base compensation has to be among the lowest in this field and in sales. This is offset by an aggressive comp plan, but until you get there and build that base, times are tough.

Leadership has falsified employee metrics and reports. The culture outside of his involvement was pretty solid, but many great regional leaders quit solely due to him and the way he acted.
