Former Employee3.1Apr 5, 2024CA was bending the rules with Government (GSA) and FAR issues, especially pricing situations. I think that Management probably had knowledge of that. My Direct Manager was competent and fantastic, but Management in Islandia was incompetent and unnecessarily mean. They made frequent mistakes.

I spent three years at VMWare before the acquisition where I earned $1.7M. On year four (year 1 of Broadcom) - they didn't give us quotas and instead just paid us OTE whether we booked a deal or not. They then transitioned to team quotas in year 2 of the acquisition....Read More
