Coming over from VMware during our acquisition has been a challenging and regretful decision. Our sales goals are unreasonable for not only the sales team but Broadcom goals and pricing is disruptive beyond customers realistic budgets for virtually the same product/features.

My time at VMware was pleasant however after being acquired by Broadcom the vision for my segment of the business was lost and leadership failed to establish a cohesive and effective road forward thus leading to many product sell offs and lay offs.
