My overall experience is not great. You're managing deals completely on your own without much involvement. Manager will give advice that is half the time useless or wastes time. Never joins call with you and just wants updates on deals. Every deal is your fault if it doesn't close.

Great people on the day-to-day, horrific leadership and general incompetence at the director level and above. Now owned by SS&C, so May have changed
