Billd is a great company with great people. However like any fast growing startup many hiccups will happen & that's just the nature of the beast.

Pros: Good leadership. Great management. Great training and personal development. Decent base salary. Cons: Very little opportunities for upward mobility. Only 10-20% of reps are hitting quota per month and are not doing so consistently.
