Minimal investment in development / training. Plus is that you have a lot of freedom to try new strategies and have good tech stack but there is no real training and management is non-existent. High turnover and no transparency around AE promotion, quota is unattainable for most BDRs.

Overall experience, good first job to get SDR experience. Not a great role long term for most college grads as there’s a lack of organization, leadership, and career growth potential.

Good product and good people, but lack of career development opportunities and a very poor commission plan. Real OTE for BDR is close to 60K.
