Minimal investment in development / training. Plus is that you have a lot of freedom to try new strategies and have good tech stack but there is no real training and management is non-existent. High turnover and no transparency around AE promotion, quota is unattainable for most BDRs.

It's extremely hard to become an AE, the department is moves an in-crowd. Many bdrs were there before & never became an AE & had to find work at another company.
