Overworked, micromanaged and underpaid can sum up my experience at AlertMedia. There is no transparency between leadership and reps. Unless this is your first sales job I would highly recommend working elsewhere.

The organization was great when I got there. Prior to 2022 there had been good quota attainment by the reps and the org. Interest rate hikes have made organizations very hesitant to buy emergency communications software. The org has laid off many people including sales leadership, marketing budgets and SDRs have been reduced. There is the skeleton of a good org here...Read More
