Enablement is the highlight of this organization's value to a rep. Base Salary is middling in the industry, leadership has been shifting due to equity partners, and staff cuts have affected team morale to a degree. Culture is great, office is great. Product is really good. If you're looking to improve your career, AM is a great option. If you're looking to maximize your payout, might want to keep your eyes open.

My overall experience was disappointing. I was told it would take about a year to build a solid pipeline and close deals consistently. Built over $1 million in pipeline and was let go just after my 1yr anniversary.

This is a glorified text system for organizations. They don’t care about employees professional development and they only care about letting employees broadcast in public slack channels who they share intimate relations with and care about their pronouns.
