The organization was great when I got there. Prior to 2022 there had been good quota attainment by the reps and the org. Interest rate hikes have made organizations very hesitant to buy emergency communications software. The org has laid off many people including sales leadership, marketing budgets and SDRs have been reduced. There is the skeleton of a good org here but it is hard times here. Do more with less is what things look like now. Only one rep on MM team has hit goal at end of q2.

Overtained, overworked, and underpaid. The training is constant and is compensation for not having a product that is a necessity in a recession. They have abandoned their culture's core tenants of having a "no a$$hole policy" and treating people like humans, not robots.
