Akkodis was a great company a few years ago. However, hiring the wrong leaders really brought this company down significantly. Now it's no different from any other staffing company. Not much good to highlight. Much better opportunity for woman. They push DEI so hard for women, that if you aren't one, don't expect to get anything out of here. They push it so hard that they made it a place that is not supporting DEI at all.

My overall experience was okay, but very slow progress and opportunities. Also, the business strategy was poor and led to low exposure in the market.

Poor experience with an awful culture. Significant distance from leadership touch, and a mentality of a lack of value in your opinion as to what requires change. Process is more important than tools, flexibility and internal access to do deliver change swiftly for customers. Too many internal administrative blockers given too much authority over sales leaders
