Lack of thought leadership! Company struggling to transition to SAAS business model due to many platforms involved due to so many acquisitions making the sales process extremely slow antiquated and current leaders stuck in the 70's. Hence they are loosing their footprint and unable to scale up.

All they talk about is what Iron Mountain is doing. Their #1 goal is to hire people from Iron Mountain and carry them around like trophies.
