In the EP division of Abbott. Great culture and teamsork, Abbott has made strides and is gaining significant market share, just unfortunate they seem to refuse to pay the clinicals pushing their product daily equal market value of competitors.

Comp plans changed a lot, delayed commission due to the delays in comp plans. Best reps moved around to several different territories. Got a poor performing territory to the top? No presidents club for you, get into another crappy territory and work your magic.

There is a constant flow of turnover with leadership and thus the comp structure is ever changing and those above you don’t know our customers needs.
