The base compensation is definitely above the industry average which keeps you at the company and makes switching less appealing. The company leadership and non-compensation perks are very good and the work-life balance is also very good. High quality products. Poor leadership and direction in the Vascular division. Lack of room of development. Has the reputation of running thin for clinical support. Other divisions don’t work well each other. Unmotivating socialistic comp plans.
