My overall experience was the product is great and the company is creating a new industry when it comes to intake to procure. So, conveying the value of the product via cold outreaching was challenging in the beginning. Other than the product being great, everything else is subpar. Management says they have your back but doesn't really mean it. Your quota is determined by rather an AE can convert the booked discovery call to a demo. There is no concrete definition of what a Stage 2 opportunity is. They say 80% of people hit quota but it's closer to 30ish% I've had to teach myself and have been training more of the new hires better than most of the leadership. I'd find somewhere else to work. Maybe in a year it will be better.

Boiler room culture with nepotist leadership that doesn't understand the product or market. The company turned into a boys club and unless you want to claw your way into the inner circle, you'll constantly be disrespected. They operate on a culture of fear.
