Sales is not encouraged to communicate with Marketing or any other department unless it's socially. Turnover is high.

Its a great place for a first job out of college and to get some sales experience, but the product falls short to google and FB with high churn on accounts and minimal lead flow. Expect to call the same SMBs that Yelp has called on for 10 year. Some deceptive sales practices depending on your team leader.
