Good company, bad sdr management. Only top 10% of sdrs who have been there for 5+ years get good, warm or decent campaigns, the rest get lead that maybe you’ll book an appointment a month.

My achievements and determination were awarded with a faster track into management, but this was also a result of good talent leaving and an inability to attract new and experienced talent due to many reasons, one of which being, non-competitive compensation
